Post Graduate Diploma in Management
The two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management is a premier programme at Affinity Business School. The programme is designed to enable students to acquire the skills and abilities which will enable them to reach responsible positions in management. The programmes provide foundation for conceptual and analytical reasoning, and give the students an insight into the dynamics of the business environment. They prepare students to manage and lead in diverse business scenarios which are getting increasingly complex and dynamic. There is a strong emphasis on project work as a part of the regular course at the Institute. While working on projects, students are required to interact with managers from various industries. The Post Graduate Programme cover six trimesters, spread over two years, with a summer internship project in between. The first-year students are exposed to basic concepts in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Quantitative Methods, Operations and Behavioural Sciences through the core courses. In the second year, students specialize in the functional areas of their interest.
